About Lusungu Kayela, BSC HRM, DFA, MZIHRM

Lusungu is our Managing Partner – Human Capital + Finance.  She is a member of the Zambia Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) with a  valid practising license and also hold a Law Degree from the University of Zambia (UNZA). she is cardinal in guiding HLB Zambia on the human capital side of business. She has valuable human resource experience of over 10 years.

Lusungu is conversant and handles works in Immigration Consulting, Recruitment services, Payroll services Human Resource reviews and job evaluations. She is also the key person to providing guidance in Labour laws.
